TOPSFLO Micro Pump intelligent manufacturing and custom chemical factory building continues to power future production development

2021 marked a significant milestone in the history of TOPSFLO Micro Pump. Following the completion of the first phase of the factory, covering 5,000 square meters of self-owned property, the company successfully moved in. In addition, a formal agreement was signed with the Changsha Modern Industrial Park for the second phase of the custom factory building. Construction of the new plant began in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2022.
Micro Water Pump New Factory
Unlike the first phase, the new factory will cover a total area of 11,000 square meters, with a six-story structure. The construction of this new plant has been meticulously planned and designed by TOPSFLO, taking into account the company's development needs over the next five years. The goal is to establish a benchmark for international micro-pump enterprises, setting standards comparable to the world's leading companies, and contributing to the intelligent manufacturing of high-end micro-pumps.
Upgrading Manufacturing Quality with Fully Automated Production Lines
In the six-story new factory, four floors are designated for fully automated production lines to enhance the intelligent manufacturing process and ensure high-quality production. A total of eight advanced automated production lines will be introduced, allowing for an annual production capacity of 4 million micro water pumps. This will bring the total production capacity to 6.5 million units, significantly increasing efficiency. The automated production lines will especially benefit large-volume orders, offering dedicated lines for high-demand customers.
Functional Synergy and Extended Injection Molding Workshop
As part of the new factory's development, further planning includes the expansion of the injection molding workshop. One floor will be dedicated to building a larger, more efficient injection molding facility, which will enhance the production chain for DC micro water pumps. The number of imported injection molding machines from Japan will also increase from 6 to 12 to meet growing demand.

The top floor of the factory will feature staff canteens, leisure zones, and reading areas to provide employees with a comfortable environment in addition to their work responsibilities.
